I have been training with Royston for over 4 years and still to this day, he has been nothing but an incredible coach. He takes the time to breakdown every technique for MMA & Muay Thai for me to get a better understanding. He never fails to share his experiences in the ring/training with his clients. I could feel myself getting better at my techniques with his teachings. Royston takes the time to understand my physical limitations and adjusts the training regime in order for me to overcome them. He is an inspiration to anyone who takes this sport up leisurely or competitively.
I started online training with Royston during Covid period, we worked on rebuilding my techniques in stages. Royston has that same ability to observe and guide me like we were still in the gym. Royston introduced creative ways to improve my agility in both mental and physical aspects. Through this online training with him, I have learned more about the importance of cognitive training. Being able to train remotely is also very convenient and I could do more training sessions with Royston anywhere any time I can!

I have been training with Royston for close to 4 years now and I still find every session with him a brand new learning experience for me. Royston has been my Muay Thai teacher for more than seven years. As a coach, his strength is to be able to see where your limits are and push you beyond them so that you keep improving. He is great at spotting even minor errors in footwork, weight balance, punches or kicks which, ones corrected, lead to huge improvements when sparring with others.
